Synchronous school

Norges synkronskole (Norway Synchronous School) is a child’s first encounter with synchronized swimming. Norges synkronskole should be a common platform for training in synchronized swimming, and the content is based on the star system – which is used by all Norwegian synchronized swim clubs. The system comes from Canada where the star system is the national education system in synchronized swimming

Synchronized swimming is a fun team sport in the water that combines strength, endurance, flexibility, agility and artistic expression. Participants at the synchro school will create simple choreographies to music, and will learn different sculling, basic positions and figures

In order to participate in the synchronous school you must have passed selungekurs or have equivalent skills to those who have.
